Story
On June 7, 2003...
Kappa Upsilon chapter was founded in Manhattan, Kansas at Kansas State University. Since its founding, KY chapter has initiated over 150 members, continuously served the Manhattan community, and fostered lifelong friendships and memories. Membership is open to all K-State women and non-binary musicians regardless of major. If you'd like to learn more about how you can join, please contact us. Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity was founded in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the University of Michigan. Since its founding, SAI has initiated over 120,000 women who uphold the highest standards of music, and who desire to further the development of music in America and throughout the world. The mission of Sigma Alpha Iota is to encourage, nurture and support the art of music.
